The Heights — Full Home Makeover – click for Gallery
This six-month, whole-home renovation was completed in three carefully planned phases while the homeowners continued living in the house. We transformed nearly every interior space and contributed to several exterior improvements as well.
This project required extensive coordination between our team, trusted subcontractors, and talented designer to keep everything moving smoothly. Most importantly, we were fortunate to work with exceptional homeowners who trusted the process from start to finish.
The result was a true top-to-bottom transformation and one of the most rewarding projects we’ve had the opportunity to complete.

Salmon Creek— Built on Trust, Room by Room – click for Gallery
Salmon Creek started as one kitchen and turned into most of the house. Custom white shaker cabinets, cream granite, a built-in microwave drawer — done properly, on a footprint that did not change. Then the downstairs bathroom and the laundry room.
Two years later the homeowners called us back for a full master bath and a whole-home repipe. That is the part we are proudest of. Nobody hires the same contractor twice because of a backsplash; they do it because of how the first job went when nobody was watching.
This project is one of our favorites because it grew into something more than a single job. We started with the kitchen, downstairs bathroom, and laundry room — and did it right. Two years later, the homeowners called us back. This time: a full master bath remodel and a whole-home repipe. That kind of trust means everything to us, and it shows in every detail we left behind.
A ground-up master bath remodel featuring a custom 8×6 ft picture window, 8-jet shower system with upgraded plumbing, his-and-hers floating cabinets, and a freestanding soaking tub. Every detail was built to last — and to impress.
The room it replaced was a dated builder master bath — corner jetted tub, oak cabinets, beige tile. We kept one thing: the original glass block window, because it throws good light and there was no reason to lose it. Everything else came out to the studs.
The shower pan is mud-set and fully waterproofed before a single tile went on, which is the part of that room nobody will ever see and the part that decides whether it is still sound in fifteen years.

None of these were the cheapest bid. All three were repeat or referral work, which is the only measure of a remodeler that actually means anything — whether the people who watched you work would let you back in the house.
They also share a way of working. One scope, one price, allowances in writing so you can see where the money sits. Framing, tile and finish carpentry done in-house rather than handed to whoever was free that week. Plumbing and electrical brought in from the same specialty trades we have used for years. Problems reported the day we find them, not on the final invoice.
